We were two couples visiting Savannah for the first time, and this property was the perfect place to stay. Parking included, walking distance to most everything, spotless and very nicely appointed. The beds were comfy and we slept great! We can’t wait to return to Savannah and we definitely would try to book Greg’s place again!

My friends and I came to Savannah for a girls trip and this was the best spot to stay! We were walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and even had the best restaurant right below us! We didn’t hear any street noise and it was very nice to have our own parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Hairdryer, coffee supplies, ice, extra blankets and pillows. Beautifully appointed, walking distance to everywhere in the historic district. Felt really safe. One parking spot available, which was nice, but our other guests couldn’t park in the parking garage across the alley as recommended by the host due it being full and you can only park there if you have a monthly pass. I’m assuming that it is always mostly full due to workers parking there. Our second party had to find alternate parking at a different garage that wasn’t as close and convenient. And if you arrive in town early before check in and/or want to stay longer after check out, you will have to pay that fee for your first car also, which is what happened to us. These garages are about an additional $25.00 a day, just so you know. Other than the extra parking sitch, everything was great and would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic rental right in the heart of it all on Bay Street. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Savannah!

We had a lovely weekend vacation in Savannah and enjoyed Greg's place very much. It is very beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay. It is spacious, 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, easily accommodate my husband and I and our 3 college age children. Great location, few minutes walk to the River Street. Lots of restaurants. Greg and Danielle are very responsive hosts. Communication is excellent - clear and quick. We had no problems at all during our stay. We definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. I especially like the designated parking space in a place where parking is hard to find. The location is close to anything you are looking for.

It has a great location and a very clean pace. The windows are great, and there is no street noise from the busy Bay street side.

The location was perfect. We parked my car and walked everywhere our entire stay. Felt safe at all times. The unit was exactly what we needed for a group of five ladies. The host was very quick to respond to a parking question upon arrival. I have already recommended this place to family members who visit Savannah. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

We loved Greg’s place. With a perfect location, clean and well-appointed apartment, and parking spot, you cannot go wrong staying here. We felt very private, even though we were right in the city. We’ll definitely stay again when coming to Savannah

The most perfect Airbnb in Savannah! Right in the heart of it all. The condo is was clean, checkin/checkout was easy, and super cozy. The windows must be sound proof because there was no problem with noise at night from the bar next door. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party, the location was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about Uber bc we could walk everywhere. Here’s a list of things we did incase you need ideas:

-We ate at treylor park & chart house both amazing
-Pub crawl ghost tour
- shopped at city market
- cooking class at chef Darin’s kitchen (highly recommend!)
- savannah smiles dueling pianos

I will def be staying here again when I come back to Savannah!

The home was very, very comfortable. Loved the courtyard. The noise issue in the reviews is vastly over rated as it was peaceful and comfortable. The word that I would use for your property is THOUGHTFUL. You obviously care about providing a wonderful property for your renters and you have succeeded. we will be back for sure. dont change a thing!!!!! it's perfect.

We really enjoyed this location!! Conveniently located in the center of shopping & restaurants. We had 3 separate vehicles so the parking garage right in front of the Airbnb was a huge plus for us. We will for sure plan to stay here for our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oglethorpe Lodge. The location is perfect -- just 2 blocks from River Street. The unit is spacious and the luxury linens were an unexpected extra. Next time we're in Savannah, we know where we'll be staying!

Great place to stay and excellent location. Parking spot located right next to gate entrance so very easy to get in and out. Beautiful courtyard area. walking distance to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer. very easy check in and out with keypad and perfect instructions.
